As our Corporate Legal Counsel, you will provide a legal support to our business in Sweden and in the US. We are looking for a highly qualified Legal Counsel to oversee the legal aspects of our business. You will safeguard our reputation by guaranteeing that the company strictly follows law guidelines and give legal advice to management about all relevant issues. You also must be creative, proactive solution-finder who can identify risks and lead the business towards success.

We are looking for person with LLM in International Law and outstanding communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is required. You have great knowledge and understanding of corporate law and Contract law and can demonstrate ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies. Understanding of production processes and the specifics of working with such customers, as well as the conclusion of contracts, will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

- Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate law etc.);
- Prepare, analyze, verificate and support of commercial contracts (including FEA contracts, SaaS agreements, license agreements, assignments, loans, deliveries, services), etc.;
- Organize of work of legal department, customers cooperation processes improvement, setting of tasks and their verification, delegation of duties;
- Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations;
- Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues;
- Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces;
- Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization;
- Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation.


Qualifications:

- At least 7 years’ relevant work experience from a company or law firm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- LLM in International Law
- MS Office and MS Excel
- Ability to document and present executive level material
- Legal experience with manufactures will be considered a strong plus

As our Junior Business Analyst, you will scan an international market consisting of potential clients withing Discrete Manufacturing for business opportunities. The opportunities you find shall be evaluated, documented, and handed over to our Sales department. A part of this is for you to identify and evaluate ongoing procurement processes globally and identify “Trigger points” at major movements at our potential market.

We are looking for a native English speaker with a degree in Economics or Engineering. You are comfortable with communicating with our potential clients through email as well as phone to extract information in order to assess how MTEK’s software platform MBrain can solve the client’s problems. You are a fast-learner of the demands and challenges in our client industries.

Responsibilities

- Help our commercial team building a sales pipeline
- Document potential clients, competitors, and other relevant stakeholders
- Document client demands
- Perform gap-analysis between the demands and our offering
- Prepare reports and presentations for the commercial team, the company management, and the Board of directors


Qualifications:

- Native English speaker
- Degree in Economics or Engineering
- MS Office and preferably experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
- Ability to document and present executive level material
- Experience in sales, marketing or customer facing roles will be considered a strong plus
